2) Exporting Flash presentations: OpenOffice.org's presentation program, Impress, has always allowed users to save their presentations in either HTML or Microsoft PowerPoint format. With the new version of OO.o, you can also export your presentation in Macromedia Flash format. To do this, click File>Export, then under the File Format dropdown list, select Macromedia Flash.
3) Customizing your keyboard: If you frequently use an OpenOffice.org function that doesn't have a simple keyboard shortcut, you can easily customize a shortcut for it using Tools>Configure>Keyboard. For example if you use the Insert>Special Character function often, you might assign the unused F4 key to it, so that the Special Character dialog box pops up automatically when you hit F4. To do this, follow Tools>Configure>Keyboard, then in the top box, select an unused shortcut and click Modify. Then in the lower boxes, select a Category and Function (for example Insert and Special Character), then click OK. Just make sure not to modify an existing shortcut unless you absolutely don't need it.
