A vacancy has arisen at Albaglobal Group shpk for an Interpreter/Translator of English.
Duties and Responsibilities
Under the direct supervision of the Project Manager, the translator/interpreter performs the following tasks:
- Provides translation of written documents, including technical and legal documents
- Proofreads and edits written material
- Provides consecutive and simultaneous interpretation in conferences, workshops, trainings, etc.
- Performs any other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in interpretation and translation from English into Albanian and vice versa
- Ability to operate Windows applications, including word processing and e-mail
- Experience in office management skills
- Ability to work with minimum supervision
- Ability to organize and to prioritize tasks
- Knowledge of other languages
- Keen eye for detail
- Accurate language/grammar abilities
- Research ability
- Problem solving ability
-Ability/desire to work as an individual, and also as part of the wider translation team.
